The 90 Day Funnel System

The proprietary process behind every engagement. Four phases, thirteen weeks, one outcome.

Phase 1
Weeks 1–2

Audit

A full funnel audit covering product pages, pricing presentation, trust signals, and checkout flow. Delivered as a written document naming the specific gaps found, then reviewed together on a call. The client provides access; this phase is diagnostic only.

Phase 2
Weeks 3–8

Build

Product page rebuild, copy rewrite, imagery brief, trust signal placement, checkout restructuring. Every change is shown before it goes live. The client signs off before anything ships. Weekly review cadence.

Phase 3
Weeks 9–11

Test

Live results tracked against the baseline set in Phase 1. Delivered as a simple weekly dashboard showing conversion rate, cart abandonment, and revenue movement. Weekly check-in call to review data together.

Phase 4
Weeks 12–13

Handoff

A full walkthrough of everything built and why. Documentation the client owns permanently, with no dependency on Tonz to keep it running. The client takes over the system entirely.
